Emergency relief aid for Kherson region
Problem:
It is with a heavy heart that we reach out to you today, seeking your urgent support for the affected communities in the aftermath of the Russian terrorist attack and the destruction of the Nova Kakhovka Dam.
The Kherson region, known for its resilience and beauty, has recently fallen victim to a senseless act of violence that has left its people traumatized and their livelihoods in ruins. The destruction of the Nova Kakhovka Dam has resulted in catastrophic consequences, including the loss of clean water supply, the disruption of vital infrastructure, and severe economic setbacks.
In this critical time, we have launched an emergency fundraising campaign to extend a helping hand to the people of the Kherson region. We firmly believe that by uniting as a compassionate global community, we can provide the necessary support to rebuild their lives and restore hope in the face of adversity.
Here's how you can support our cause:
1. Make a Donation
Your donation, no matter the amount, will go a long way in providing immediate relief to those affected.
2. Share and Amplify
Spread the word about our fundraiser through social media, email, and personal networks. By raising awareness about the situation in the Kherson region, you help us garner the support needed to rebuild shattered lives.
3. Organize Fundraising Events
Consider hosting a fundraising event in your community, workplace, or school. Organize charity drives, benefit concerts, or auctions to rally support and generate funds.
4. Engage Local Businesses
Reach out to local businesses and corporations, appealing to their sense of corporate social responsibility. Many companies are willing to contribute to causes that resonate with their values, so don’t hesitate to share our mission with them. If you need a support letter, please write to Mr Zharov Nicolas : nicolas.zharov@ukrainians.lu
5. Volunteer and Offer Support
If you have skills, time, or resources to offer, we welcome your assistance. Contact us directly at contact@ukrainians.lu to explore volunteer opportunities or ways to provide aid beyond financial contributions.
