Problem:
For the past the attacks on critical infrastructure of Ukraine increased significantly. Thus millions of people are living without electricity, heat, water and phone/internet access.
With increased attacks on civilian energy infrastructure in Ukraine even medical stuff cannot perform its operations at a normal conditions. In some hospitals the doctors are doing their best to perform life saving operation even during the black-outs.

Solution:
With the winter approaching – batteries, lamps, phones, heaters and all the other critical equipment need to be recharged more frequently.
