Caritas Luxembourg and the Luxembourg Red Cross, with the support of the Ministry for Family, Integration and the Greater Region and in collaboration with the Office national de l’accueil (ONA), have set up a programme to put people fleeing the war in Ukraine in touch with Luxembourg residents who wish to offer them free accommodation or a home stay.
